OUR STRATEGIC AIMS
- To represent private sector house builders and provide them with support and guidance on political, planning and technical
issues;
- To advise government and non-governmental organisations (NGOs) on industry issues;
- To maintain pressure for necessary changes to national, regional and local policy relating to the house building industry;
- To help key decision-makers ensure the needs of additional households in Australia and New South Wales over the next two
decades are met;
- To properly assess the impact of housing on society, the economy and the environment and reinforce the links between jobs
and homes;
- To provide consistent, expert information to residents, central and local government, the media and the public on house building
and housing issues;
- To work with and maintain strong relationships with all bodies concerned with house building related issues.
